The research work carried out by the Institute is focused on the needs of the practical activities of courts, prosecutors, other government bodies and organizations operating in the legal field. Scientific research is designed to promote scientific and methodological support for the correct application of the norms of current legislation in law enforcement, judicial, and prosecutorial practice.
Not only teachers of the Institute, but also highly qualified practical workers take an active part in scientific activities: judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, employees of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
