June 27, 2025 at the Institute for Retraining and Further Training of Judges, Prosecutors, Courts and Justice Institutions of BSU was held the graduation of a group of trainees on the program «Advocacy».
Training was conducted in person for the heads of legal offices.
Within the framework of the continuing training programme, organizational issues of legal advice, disciplinary practices and professional ethics of lawyers were addressed. The participants discussed the novelties of criminal, civil and civil procedural legislation, as well as the case law on labor disputes and the practice of applying the Law «On Personal Data Protection».
A separate section of the programme was devoted to the communicative and psychological competencies of the manager.
The speakers were judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, heads of BRCA, representatives of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, leading professors of the Institute.
