June 27, 2025 at the Institute took place the graduation of a group of students on the program «Executive production». Further training was given to judicial officers, employees of enforcement agencies.
The training was conducted in person. As part of the continuing training program, the Chief Judicial Officer of the Republic of Belarus, Sergei Nickel, gave a lecture on the challenges, prospects for development and innovations in the activities of enforcement bodies. The director of the Institute, Professor Oksana Zdrok, spoke about mediative skills.
Also within the framework of the continuing training program in a lecture format, in the form of thematic discussions and round tables were considered novelties in the organization and activities of enforcement bodies, current problems of theory and practice of civilian application, civil procedural legislation, legislation on enforcement proceedings of the Republic of Belarus; main provisions of the law on protection of personal data, issues of compliance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus on legal assistance.
